About us

This site is an information portal dedicated to the analysis of BetOnRed. We bring together in one place the terms the operator publishes, its licensing documentation and the data available in official sources, so that anyone can form an opinion before registering with a gambling platform.

We are not the operator. We do not manage user accounts, we do not accept bets, we do not process deposits or withdrawals and we do not intervene in the resolution of disputes between a player and the casino. Our role is documentary: to explain how the platform works, what its small print says and what that means for an English-speaking audience.

BetOnRed operates under a licence from the Curaçao Gaming Authority and does not hold a local licence in every country from which its site can be reached. Before registering, check whether the brand appears in the register of licensed operators kept by the regulator in your country. This site publishes that information precisely so that the decision to register can be taken with all the facts.

Why this project exists

Most of the texts published about online casinos simply repeat the figures from the promotional material: the maximum bonus amount, the number of games and little else. The details that determine the real experience rarely appear: the operating company, the licence number, the wagering requirement attached to promotions or the body you can complain to.

Our aim is to fill that gap. Every statement we publish comes from a document that can be checked — the operator's terms, its own “About us” page, the regulator's licence checker — and not from a press release. When a detail cannot be confirmed, we say so explicitly instead of filling the gap with assumptions.

How we analyse the platform

We always review the same blocks, in the same order, so that the conclusions are comparable and verifiable:

  1. Regulatory status. We check the company that holds the brand, the licence number and its status in the licence checker of the regulator that issued it. We then check whether the brand appears in the register of licensed operators kept by the regulator in your country.
  2. Legal terms. We read the general terms, the bonus policy and the payment rules, paying attention to the clauses that allow winnings to be voided.
  3. Promotions. We note what each offer actually requires: wagering requirement, time limit and game restrictions, where the operator makes them public.
  4. Payments. We record the methods visible on the site itself and the known caveats attached to them.
  5. Game catalogue and providers. We note the categories and the studios listed on the operator's home page and on its “About us” page.
  6. Customer support. We verify the contact channels declared by the operator.
  7. Responsible gambling. We check which control and self-exclusion tools the platform offers, and whether they match those of an operator licensed in a regulated market.

Sources we use

  • Public registers of licensed operators kept by national gambling regulators.
  • The licence checker of the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
  • The terms and conditions and the “About us” page published by the operator itself.
  • Promotion pages exactly as they are shown to the user.
  • Public player reviews, used only as an indication and never as proof.

Independence and funding

The project is funded through affiliate links. If a reader reaches the operator from this site and opens an account, the site may receive a commission. That payment does not depend on the player losing money and does not shape what we write: the aspects that call for caution — the absence of a local licence, verification times or the use of an alternative access domain — are published just as clearly as the advantages.

No section of this site is sold as disguised advertising space. If we add sponsored content in the future, it will be identified as such within the page itself.

What we do not do

  • We do not offer real-money gambling or betting of any kind.
  • We do not open, manage, verify or close user accounts.
  • We do not receive deposits or handle withdrawals.
  • We do not mediate in disputes: that is the job of the operator's support service and, where applicable, of the regulator that issued the licence.
  • We do not guarantee results or promote supposedly foolproof strategies: every game of chance carries a mathematical edge in favour of the house.

Keeping the content up to date

A casino's terms change frequently: bonuses are adjusted, providers are added or removed and policies are updated. We review the pages periodically and whenever we detect a relevant change in the licence, in the terms or in the applicable legal framework.

Even so, the version that prevails is always the one published by the operator at the moment of registering or of accepting a promotion. We recommend reading it before every deposit.

Contact

If you spot an out-of-date detail, a broken link or an inaccuracy, write to us through the site's contact form. Tell us the page, the paragraph and, if possible, the source that supports the correction.

We cannot help you with account issues, pending payments or blocked accounts: those queries must be addressed to the operator's support service ([email protected]) and, if they are not resolved, to the body named in its licence certificate.
